I'm simply spreadsheet wannabe. A corporate slave who loves fantasy sports.
I've played a lot of basketball, and a fair whack of footy and touch footy. 

My Philosophy:

When it comes to NRL Draft and NBA Draft fantasy (standard & dynasty) I'm always trying to get the following balance right for every comp I'm in:

players who are good vs. players I enjoy watching.

As an example, you'll never see me draft Anthony Davis or Joel Embiid - I don't want to watch them play, so I'll take a risk on someone I enjoy to watch over them

Similarly, in the NRL space; I like my various teams and players and target them accordingly.

You might ask - How do you get that right?

The answer lies in my next pillar of enjoyment and addiction, and one of the driving motivations for this site and my analytics: the auction draft.
 

You have to play the auction draft format for the true fantasy sports experience. If you're snake drafting for any league with friends you're doing it wrong.

The draft is far more special and strategic when you Auction - and you can guarantee you'll get some of your favourite players without overreaching (you may in fact overpay ;)). This site has resources to help you get moving in the right direction.

Anyway - I'm here to try and guide people to success and fun, and ideally provide some quality insight into the commissioning / set-up side of strong and sustainable fantasy leagues.
